As you might know, my work as a health coach is mainly focused on the work with women.
This includes different topics like losing weight, feeling more balanced, increasing overall energy and mood, healthy lifestyle choices etc. I know that all those topics are not only important for women but also for men. But it’s crucial to mention that men and women work differently. So if they have the same goal, they probably need different strategies to be successful.

DO WHAT YOU CAN’T (by Casey Neistat) I think this is a great mantra for 2021.
Your current belief system is based on your experiences from the past. You’ve learned to act in a certain way, you are trained to function in a certain way, you’ve learned how to function in today’s society. Maybe someone told you at some point “You can’t do this” or “this will never work” or “this is wrong” or “don’t do that” or “you are not good enough”. You took this on as your reality, your truth. And here comes the truth bomb: Those are limiting believes and trained patterns which are holding you back from living your life to the fullest and tab into your full potential.
2020 was… mmh… a weird year? Weird, challenging, surprising, depressing, interesting… so many different terms describe 2020. I started 2020 very motivated with some ambitious New Years’ resolutions. I did not only had those resolutions I also a plan and strategy to execute. But then, we all know what happened: COVID-19. And it’s still a thing.
Did I achieve everything I wanted? No. Where I able to execute my strategy? No. Did I adapt to the situation? Yes. Was I successful? Maybe.
